- Evolution of current practice
- Regulation of burial, cremation and funeral industries
- Reform of cemetery (conventional and natural) and cremation management
- Laws of custody of the body
- Consumer protection
Dr Wayne Mapp, Law Commissioner, was interviewed this morning on National Radio and briefly commented on the review.
The Law Commission are keen to receive submissions from members of the public and interested parties.
